Be Viligant!

E-mail Print PDF

One of Thames Valley Police's priorities for the Downlands area is hare coursing, which is often linked often to other rural offences such as burglaries to sheds, out-buildings and garages (non-dwellings) and thefts. The Police are actively patrolling areas throughout the day and night with the view of disrupting and preventing any further coursing. However if you have any information or witness such activity please contact them.

In these lighter, summer days, please remember to be vigilant, take care to lock and shut any windows and doors where necessary and report any sightings of suspicious activity immediately to the Police.

For more information about your local neighbourhood team contact the 24-hour Police Enquiry Centre on 0845 8 505 505 or visit the Thames Valley Police at www.thamesvalley.police.uk
