The Open Meeting for the Curridge Residents' Association took place on 21st October 2014. The main focus was on the upcoming CRA events - Clean Up Curridge and the Curridge Cheer.

Clean Up Curridge, our regular village litter pick, will take place on Sunday 16th November. All residents are welcome to join us for litter picking and bacon butties at the WI Hall. High Visibility vests and litter pickers, for adults and children, are available, with child-friendly areas and a prize for the most unusual piece of litter found! 10am-12pm, Curridge WI Hall.

Organisation has also begun for the Curridge Cheer. This annual informal Christmas get together with the WI for Curridge residents will now have some great children's activities as well as mulled wine and mince pies. This free community event is shaping up to be a lot of fun and we hope everyone in the village can join us. 11am - 1pm, Curridge WI Hall, Sunday 14th December.

We also discussed the Winter Service Plan for the village, an update on super fast broadband, the Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment and action taken on flooding in the village. For more details please download our minutes on www.curridgevillage.co.uk
