Concerns have been raised about hare coursing in the area involving vehicles roaming lanes, over agricultural land and growing crops.
Police are aware but ask our community to also keep an eye out for anything suspicious, ie men hanging around with lurchers, and to report it to the Police straight away. The Police arrested 6 people near East Ilsley recently so that may have reduced activity a little.
Also, if anyone witnesses flytipping, please report it as this is an offence.
The litter around Rookery Farm was cleared up back in October but public littering has continued and also a lot of flytipping which has been reported to West Berkshire Council.
