The Community Trigger which comes into effect on 20th October 2014, is intended to enable victims of persistent anti-social behaviour to request a review of their case, and brings agencies together to take a joined up, problem-solving approach to find a solution.
If you have already reported anti-social behaviour to West Berkshire Council, Thames Valley Police or your housing association, and feel that the issue has not been resolved, you can request a Community Trigger review of your case*
